English Curriculum Leader

A senior leader is responsible for leading and managing colleagues within the line management structure. This will include leading educational projects, as assigned by their line manager, through facilitating effective collaboration of mentors/colleagues in the design, implementation and evaluation of projects such as engaging in the creation, implementation and delivery of the Citizens Learning Framework; planning and production of resources; leading meetings; delivering training; implementing and reviewing progress meetings; analysing data and outcomes; writing reports and supporting colleagues.

Requirements and Experience

• Strong academic qualifications in related field, Bachelor’s with a MA preferred 
• Valid teaching credential with five years of teaching experience
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and safeguard confidential information
• Sensitivity in meeting the needs of all students
• Demonstrated leadership with experience in curriculum development and co-curricular programs
• Proficient in IT for productivity purposes and as a tool to facilitate learning in the classroom
