Kindergarten Teacher – Dubai
MASTERMINDS EARLY YEARS SCHOOL
DUBAI - UAE
About Masterminds
Masterminds operates two interconnected school sections in Dubai:
- Masterminds Early Years School – A premium early childhood education center serving 120 children, known for its whole-child approach and enrichment-focused learning. Kindergarten classes are capped at 14–15 students, split into two small sub-groups of 7 – 8 students for lessons. This enables teachers to provide highly individualized instruction and build strong relationships with each child.
- Masterminds Micro-School – A boutique, elite primary and middle school serving 20–30 students, integrating advanced methodologies and personalized learning models.
We are recognized as the “Harvard of Early & Primary Education” by our parent community and are preparing to expand globally, including to the United States, Europe and Asia. As part of this growth, we are recruiting experienced Kindergarten Teachers who value small group teaching, are passionate, innovative, and eager to implement our pioneering approach. This role also offers future opportunities to relocate to our upcoming U.S. campuses, including in California.
