Work in Azerbaijan as a TEFL Teacher

About our Language School: British Academy Azerbaijan was founded in 2014 in Baku city. 

There are 2 branches in Baku and there is 1 branch in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

We are official TOEFL and TOEIC exam centers. We have many years experience on inviting and working with Native Speakers. 

Job summary: 

Applicants are required to work as full time English teachers for general or specific purposes at various age and language levels. 

They are also expected to give regular feedback to their supervisors with regard to learner progress and to fulfil administrative duties. 

Working days: 5 days Monday-Friday ( Saturday 2 lessons only) 

Working hours: 25 lessons per week (1 lesson 90 minutes) 

Day off: Sunday 

Language Programs: British Academy Baku offers both General English courses and English for specific purposes. We are also running courses for junior groups and exam study courses (TOEFL, IELTS) for local and international examinations. Private Tuition is also a part of the language teaching services offered by British Academy Baku. 

Position offered: Qualified and/or suitable candidates are offered the position of Instructor of English. Applicants may send their personal CV and a letter of application. 

Qualifications 

Applicants should possess the following documents; 

a) A university college degree preferably in English or related subjects (who just graduated University they can apply as well). 

b) A teaching certificate, TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or similar other Certificates are desirable. 

(For candidates who may not have a certificate, we can arrange a local teaching training in Baku free of charge) 

Salary: We can discuss by Zoom or other online platforms about salary after looked through your CV/Resume. 

We provide with single room accommodation, cover work permit fees, monthly transportation card. 

All applicants are provided with a one-week hotel accommodation upon their arrival.
