**Job Description**  
- Create and deliver engaging lesson plans  
- Select and evaluate students through testing  
- Design dynamic academic programs  
- Organize exciting practice activities for learners  
- Manage classroom interactions effortlessly  
- Conduct interviews with students and their parents  
- Embrace additional tasks as assigned by the director  

**Position Requirements**  
- Must have a high school diploma  
- Proficient in all four macro skills of English  
- Background in Business or Education is a plus  
- IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, as well as internet and email usage  
- Excellent interpersonal abilities  
- Open-minded and adaptable  
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
