We are on the lookout for passionate and experienced teachers!

For over a decade, we have dedicated ourselves to teaching English, and we currently operate four vibrant teaching centres in Penang State, welcoming around 1700 students each term! Our centres offer high-quality English language courses within spacious, well-equipped classrooms that promote interactive, student-centred learning. We cater to all age groups, from curious 4-year-olds to eager adults, and we're excited to add more talented teachers to our team who can inspire learners across this wide spectrum!

We're in search of enthusiastic educators who fulfill these key qualifications:

- A wealth of recent experience teaching English to diverse learners, including very young kids (4+ years), primary students, teens, and adults.
 
- Native-level English speakers, with a university degree in any field.

- Possession of CELTA, Trinity London CertTESOL, or an equivalent qualification that includes a significant classroom component.

We believe in the importance of ongoing professional development and wholeheartedly support our teachers in enhancing their skills. It’s vital that our educators connect well with students and bring an engaging and dynamic teaching style to the classroom. While we use a variety of established course books, our teachers also have access to a rich data bank of supplementary materials, allowing for great freedom in lesson planning. Most of our students come to us part-time, typically studying for two hours each week. This results in many classes being scheduled on weekends, while mid-week offerings include adult conversation sessions, evening classes, young learners and teen writing classes, as well as one-on-one lessons, depending on the centre. Ensuring student safety is our top priority, and successful candidates will need to pass the necessary background checks to secure a position with us.

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package tailored to the local market, which includes health insurance and pension contributions. Depending on your qualifications and experience, our pre-tax package starts at RM8445 per month. We also offer assistance with relocation and settling in, which includes up to 10 nights of accommodation upon your arrival.

Our four centres are strategically located in Straits Quay Marina and Bayan Baru on Penang Island, as well as in Butterworth and Bukit Mertajam on the mainland. All are conveniently positioned near residential and shopping districts, featuring a variety of affordable condos equipped with fantastic amenities like pools and gyms. Commuting by car to any of our centres is a breeze, giving you the flexibility to choose whether you want to live on Penang Island or the mainland.
